ANNOUNCING THE EV DC HOME CHARGER

HRE Solutions is pleased to announce its latest product, the EV DC Home Charger.
The EV DC Home Charger is a high efficiency, high speed charger for Combined Charging System (“CCS”) compliant vehicles that delivers up to 11kW of DC to quickly recharge the vehicle without requiring an on-board charger in the electric vehicle and the expense of an external AC charger.
This project was undertaken in collaboration with IoTecha Corp., an Internet of Things technology company focused on Smart Charging and Cloud solutions for Electric Vehicles. Using IoTecha’s Combined Charging System on Module (“CCSoM”), we were able to introduce a fully CCS compliant charger to the market quickly.
The first generation EV DC Home Charger is now available for sampling and testing purposes by interested parties while the group’s R&D affiliate, Rectifier Technologies Pacific (RTP), continues to optimize the product’s form factor and cost with a target of mid-2018 release.
