This year, #Renault5 drivers will be able to transfer energy from their cars to their homes and the power grid. This Mobilize V2G “Vehicle to Grid” service, presented at #Vivatech, will be made possible by the #MobilizePowerBox bidirectional charger and the Mobilize electricity contract.
On an individual scale, Mobilize V2G will allow its users to save around €200 per year thanks to the intelligent management of charging and the resale of electricity. Used extensively, it will alleviate pressure on the electricity grid and support the use of energy from renewable sources.
